Welcome to Store.PaulTripp.com! This website is owned and operated by Paul Tripp Ministries, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as PTM), a registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization in the state of Pennsylvania (EIN:83-0461061). This website (hereinafter referred to as Site) is designed to connect the transforming power of Jesus Christ to everyday life through the writing and teaching of Dr. Paul David Tripp.

Your Use Of This Site

You agree that your use of this Site and any financial transactions are subject to the following Refund Policy. This may be modified at any time by PTM; the date of the most recent changes or revisions will appear at the top of this page. Continued access to the Site by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Refund Policy.

Physical Products

Our aim is that you will be fully satisfied with your PTM physical product purchase: books, booklets, workbooks, DVDs, CDs, and/or any item that requires physical shipping to you. PTM does not use a fulfillment company and sends all of our physical products from our own Shipping Department in Philadelphia.

Whenever you place an order on PaulTripp.com, we ship your order out within 1 to 3 business days from the date we receive your order. We use UPS or USPS for shipments. Orders to shipping addresses within the United States that are over $50 receive free shipping; under $50 require a $6.99 flat shipping fee. International orders require varying shipping fees, depending on location and weight of order.

If you receive an incorrect or defective physical product from PTM, please e-mail Store@PaulTripp.com and include your name, details of your order, and a description of the problem. We will seek to rectify the issue as fast as possible. Please do not make any returns without contacting us first.

If you decide that you simply do not want an item that you purchased (or purchased too many of) and we shipped to you, we regret that we cannot issue refunds.

Digital Products

All digital products on PaulTripp.com - eBooks, video downloads, audio downloads, and streaming licenses - are by default non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns about your digital purchase or product, please e-mail Store@PaulTripp.com and we will seek to ensure that you receive the best customer service possible.
